OUR FACILITIES IN SKJERSTADFJORDEN
The location is almost unique in an aquaculture context. A high freshwater content and the Saltstraumen, which is the world’s strongest tidal current, ensure good water circulation and optimum conditions for both the fish and the fjord. Watch the video from Skjerstadfjorden.
OUR FACILITIES IN GILDESKÅL
Gildeskål Research Station (GIFAS) currently operates 7 concessions, providing a production capacity of 8,400 tons of salmon per year. Production takes place at our facilities in Gildeskål Municipality and Bodø Municipality. Watch the video from Gildeskål.
